5th Penwortham URC Scout Group are opening another Squirrel Drey.
We’d like to invite anyone interested in their child joining us to a meeting on Thursday 15th January at 4:30pm to find out all about Squirrels and what adventures we get up to.

Happy 2026!

The King's Church ladies' group, Friends Here, normally meets on the first Thursday of each calendar month.

However, with it being New Year's Day, this month the event has been moved back by a week.

So, please mark your diaries for Thursday 8th January. A brew, nibbles, a friendly chat and some diverting activities are on offer from 2pm to 3:30pm, at Penwortham Community Centre, Kingsfold Drive.

Your organisation could receive funding to help provide a warm space for someone in need this winter - but you must apply before Sunday 19 October.

This grant scheme has been set up to help a range of venues across Lancashire to provide warm spaces for those most in need.
