🙌✨ 47 people moving together at Garstang Library! ✨🙌

Yesterday was absolutely incredible – across our two Chairbata classes, we welcomed 47 amazing participants who showed just how powerful movement, music, and community can be 💃🪑💪

The library was buzzing with energy, laughter, and determination – proof that exercise can be fun, inclusive, and for every body.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along – whether it was your first class or your fiftieth, you made the sessions so special. 💖

Here’s to even more movement, smiles, and full chairs next week! 🥳

4th September Footle Delivered a great talk and exercise demo for the Garstang Osreoperosis group. From this event, more people have been accessing the seated chair exercise classes that are taught on a regular basis and benefitting from regular, controlled and appropriate exercise. I love being able to bring these opportunities to as many people as possible, I won’t stop raising awareness and showing people that that can feel the benefit of exercise no matter what 💕

Still catching up with everything that has been taking place!! 1st September saw a great session delivered for the Memory cafe in Garstang, it was a mix of chairbata and chair Zumba!! As you can see from the feedback everybody loved it…… but I don’t think they enjoyed it as much as me!!!

✨ It’s been a whirlwind of a few weeks – but what an incredible time! ✨

I’ve had the privilege of delivering Chairbata taster sessions across Lancashire County Council day centres – and wow, the energy, smiles, and feedback have been amazing 💃🪘

These sessions have already opened the door to some fantastic new partnerships for future working – proof that movement really is medicine for everybody 🙌🏻

I’m so excited to see where this journey takes us next, and so grateful for the opportunity to share the joy of Chairbata with even more people across our communities 💛

Garstang YMCA - People of all abilities able to attend this class. There’s people returning to exercise, people just starting out, people who have had led an active lifestyle but can’t any more and many more. No judgement, just fun and encouragement
