✨ Last Day of HAF ✨
What an incredible few weeks it’s been. The children have laughed, learned, explored and absolutely shone — every single one of them has been amazing.

As a little reminder of all the fun they’ve had (and how brilliant they truly are), each child will be taking home their very own hand‑crocheted worry worm today. A tiny friend to remind them they’re brave, capable and never alone. 💛

Thank you to every child for bringing their energy and smiles — you’ve made this summer special.

Results day can feel like a defining moment for young people, particularly when expectations are high or outcomes do not match what they had hoped for.

Our latest guide supports parents, carers and educators in helping young people approach results day with perspective, reassurance and confidence.

The guide explores:
• Setting the tone early and reducing pressure before the day
• Normalising different outcomes and preparing for next steps
• Staying calm, present and supportive when results arrive
• Exploring options and alternative pathways together
• Encouraging reflection without rumination
• Celebrating strengths, qualities and achievements beyond grades

With clear, practical advice, this resource helps adults support young people before, during and after results day, whatever their outcomes.

Last week we did paediatric first aid day was amazing!
Older children smashed CPR and choking first aid, younger ones learnt 999 calls, recovery position, and plaster‑putting with our giant teddy.

Everyone now knows why their home address matters in an emergency — and they all earned certificates and booklets!
Let’s do it all again today! 🙌🔥
