Hello Preston People!
Do you know a young person (18 – 24) who’s not in work, education or training? Send them over to Vault youth zone on these dates below if they’d be happy to speak to us. Sundays is for girls only. Tuesdays is for either girls or boys.
PCDN are starting some new research aiming to help young people get into work. There is a growing issue with young people not being in education, training or employment; we want to try do something about that in Preston and maybe it could help other places in the UK first.
The first part of this research is to ask these young people what they feel about their situation. About getting into work or education. About their future, their aspirations and ambitions. Any barriers they see or experience.
We can then better represent these voices with the programme we design from them.
