Good Afternoon everyone 🩵

I am an experienced Reiki Master along with many other holistic talents.
Clare Brown is organising a Meditation group evening with me as the host.
There will be beautiful complementary Thermogenic Raspberry, peach or lemon tea served on arrival.

Just signed my book deal publication March 13th 2026 (my Dads earthly birthday)

I will have 1-2 calls a week with a US publishing house

My book is called Breakdown to Breakthrough, from burnout to brilliance, a bipolar journey to balance

Wow so much news - the biggie is that I have a publishing deadline for my book of March 2026 at which point I will get a physical copy and a PDF ebook

The title is “Breakdown to Breakthrough, from Burnout to Brilliance, a Bipolar journey to Balance”

The difference this time is they send 40 prompts over a timeframe of three months and each is appraised and edited as I go along

I have had the title for this book for over a decade and keep getting stuck so I love this idea and method

If you have anything to share about your journey with me or your own journey with bipolar I would love to hear from you - if you wish what you write to be credited I will or you can be anonymous

Fortnightly Meetings now on a Tuesday from 130-330pm at the Lantern Centre in Fulwood

Next meeting is on the 12th and 26th of August.

A small informal group meeting to support those are other bipolar and friends and family welcome - book in advance by messaging me or commenting on this post

Meeting times are flexible you can arrive late and leave early

In the two hour meeting we often share how we are and discuss topics such as SDS the Lancashire county council grant, benefits like PIP, medication, mental health services etc

And it’s just £1 in the pot per person for the refreshments
