A nice chatty 5k to start, followed by an hour in the best sauna in Weymouth 🧖‍♀️
Women only, all abilities welcome, 8:30am start🏃‍♀️

We are what it says on the tin, an ‘easy paced’ run with the aim to make running actually feel easy
