Restricted Growth Association (RGA) Our vision is of a country in which people with dwarfism have the same opportunities and power to shape their own lives as everyone else.

Driving change to ensure all people affected by dwarfism have the same opportunities and power to shape their own lives as everyone else. We believe dwarfism remains one of society’s last acceptable targets for prejudice and ridicule;

We believe every person with dwarfism has the right to live their life and work towards their dreams without being limited by barriers, stereotypes, and stigma;

We believe together we can create a better society for people with dwarfism.

Booking for our 2026 Convention is now open!! 🪩

Again held at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth, CV8 2LD, from 5pm Friday 23rd October until 12 noon on Sunday 25th October.

Here's an idea of what we'll have:
- A Quiz, Bingo, and Games on Friday evening,
- Animal Encounters, Slime Making Workshops; Medical Talks, Chat Groups (various topics), Soft Play, Didi Cars, Fencing, Gaming Van, Arts and Crafts Hub, Boccia session provided by DSAUK, Skittles, and Table Football, throughout the day on Saturday, and of course our Gala Dinner, Raffle, Photo Booth and Disco in the evening;
- And finally, an area for socialising before saying our goodbyes will be set aside on Sunday

Save the Date 📝 for another social event hosted by RGA trustee Millie North at Barrowby Village Hall (10a High Road, Barrowby, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG32 1BH), on the 28th of June, 1pm - 5:30pm!

There will be fun and games, entertainment, quizzes, food, and most importantly, a place for people to socialise 😊
