As part of the Town Councils “Biodiversity Project” Poynton Men In Sheds was invited to host an event.

Last Thursday evening, Members of Men in Sheds Poynton welcomed ten members of the public into the workshop for a biodiversity event. Everyone got hands-on making their own bug box to take home — a simple way to give shelter to solitary bees, ladybirds, and other garden helpers.

Great to see the community getting involved in a bit of DIY for nature. Thanks to Poynton Town Council for the invitation, and to everyone who came along and got stuck in!
