Between 3.30pm and 4.30pm every Tuesday, Phil runs an exercise class specifically aimed at the over 60’s. His aim is to improve the fitness, health and well being of people in their 60’s and above, he can also assist people who want to exercise but feel excluded due to a medical condition.

Cafe Bloom, run by the ladies from Poulton in Bloom will be open inside the Hall if you are looking for refreshments.

🎉 Join us as we celebrate 100 years of Jean Stansfield Memorial Park!
Wyre Council and Poulton Partnership are inviting residents and visitors to a free family fun day on Saturday 20 June, from 10.30am to 4pm. Come along and enjoy live entertainment, community stalls, games and activities, plus the unveiling of a commemorative stone by the Mayor of Wyre.
Expect plenty of laughs and entertainment throughout the day with performances from The Maniax comedy stunt show, The Van Dunk Brothers’ hilarious synchronised swimming act and The Giant Balloon Show 🎈 There’ll also be family games, a bubble maker, bowling tuition, walkabout entertainment and more! Food and refreshments will be available from Café Bloom in the Community Hall for a small cost.
Bring the whole family and help celebrate 100 years of one of Poulton’s most loved parks 🌳✨

A fabulous couple of hours this afternoon at Steve’s Men, Chat, Cook
It’s not all about the food, it is a lot to do with the chat.
But this week everyone made satay chicken, oven baked rice and flatbreads, they took the food home for tea.
