This evening we welcomed 7 of our new beavers into the colony with our investiture ceremony! Congratulations to all and we look forward to earning more badges!

This evening we invested 6 new Cubs and welcomed them into our pack!

This week our Beavers visited the Potters Bar Museum. We learnt a lot about our town’s history and had fun with their impressive collection of phones!

Our Cubs completed a hike this week to put the map reading skills they’ve been learning over the past few weeks into practice as part of their Navigator badge. It was a lovely evening for it, and the Cubs did brilliantly — everyone knew exactly which way to go!

On Sunday the 26th April our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts joined the Rainbows, Brownies and Guides of Girlguiding Potters Bar to mark St George’s Day.

We attended a church service then enjoyed some games in the hall.

Great to see such a large number of adults and children celebrating this special occasion together.

We recently said goodbye to 6 Beavers. 3 of them achieved the highest award in Beavers, the Chief Scout Bronze Award 🥉. We wish them all well in Cubs! 👋

Our Beavers recently visited Potters Bar Fire Station. One of the leaders, Acer, got dressed up in fire crew uniform and we got to see all the hoses and other equipment! Thanks for having us!
