This session is open to individuals of all genders and abilities.

What to expect

Experience a harmonious blend of gentle movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness practices. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of poses to help you find balance and inner peace.

Our session can accommodate up to 50 participants, ensuring a personalised experience for all attendees.

Please join us for one of these sessions. They should be particularly informative for those with a family member or friend who is living with Dementia. Learn how to respond to their needs in a caring and compassionate way and hear more about the symptoms and what to expect.
All welcome, light refreshments will be provided.
No need to book but if you can let us know that you are hoping to come along it will help us to have an idea of numbers to expect.

​We can now help you with seven common conditions without needing a GP appointment. As you can see in the photos I've attached, our pharmacists can provide advice and prescription treatment (if needed) for:

​Sinusitis (12+ years)

​Sore Throat (5+ years)

​Earache (1 to 17 years)

​Infected Insect Bites (1+ year)

​Impetigo (1+ year)

​Shingles (18+ years)

​UTIs (Women aged 16–64)

​We also offer Emergency Contraception and the Contraception Service (The Pill).

Blood pressure checks [readings will be sent to your GP]

Flu vaccinations Bookings start in August
