Hi everyone, hope you have had a lovely summer, we had hoped to have a few summer meet ups, but unfortunately I'm off for a few weeks. However, Little Surfers will return on the 3rd September with the lovely Joy and our other fabulous helpers looking after you all. I'll look forward to seeing you asap!

I'm excited to say that PIM will be hosting its first preloved sale!!

We all know how expensive baby things are, and we only get a month or two out of everything. So it's time to either free up some space in your loft or come grab yourselves some bargains!!

Today was our last wee group until September, the hall was nice and cool but we had lots of outdoor fun too! We celebrated 13 kids that were moving on, with gowns, photos and certificates! We’ll miss you guys! I wish you all a lovely summer holiday and hopefully we’ll see each other at various points. I’ll arrange a few casual meet ups and have the hall setup for a few family catch ups after July! The Lord bless you and keep you, it’s been a lovely year with all you fabulous carers and kids!

🧒 All older children are welcome to our PIM classes.

Phase 1 and phase 2 are now on offer

🧘‍♀️Tuesdays @ 9.30 am will begin Phase 1. This is a starter class for any mamas who have recently given birth or who are returning to exercise for the first time since birth. I would also recommend this class for anyone with pelvic floor issues or diastasis recti (tummy separation).

🏃‍♀️Tuesdays at 11 am will begin Phase 2. This class is designed for all Mamas who have completed Phase 1 or who have completed a similar postnatal course. I will work with the groups needs to help strengthen each week through mainly circuit style classes.

🤷‍♀️ Giving you a safe and welcoming environment to connect with other Mamas and focus on yourself without needing childcare.

💰 £54 for a 6 week block (6 classes)

This week’s setup - we have some nature and creatures to explore for our sensory activity and a Fathers Day craft! Can’t believe next week will be our last one til September! Next week we’ll have a party vibe to finish and a little graduation celebration for those moving on to preschool. See you then!
