Young Families Project
Nurturing and supporting young families in Portsmouth; we work towards tackling isolation and building a supportive network of parents aged up to 25 years old. The Young Families Project promotes positive parenting, with the wellbeing of children and parents at the heart of all we do.
We run free to attend weekly drop in groups in our Parenting Hub at Portsmouth Guildhall for pregnant mums, and for parents with babies and young children. We also offer an outreach service, and work collaboratively with Dadzclub to engage and empower young Dads.
