Personal Choice Personal Choice is a community project supporting the wellbeing of people in Portsmouth. All welcome on a drop in basis.

Offering information, advice and a range of activities throughout the week. Based at Oasis the Venue, Arundel Street. We run a range of free activities alongside providing information, advice and support on any issue. Weekly activities:
Drop-in Advice Centre - Monday-Friday 10-4pm
Monday:
Welcome Club - 10:30-12:30pm
Chair Exercises - 2-4pm
Tuesday:
Diversi-Tea Lounge (based at The Portsmouth Dea

f Centre) 12:30-2:30pm
Computer/Job Club - 2-4pm
Wednesday:
Wednesday Club - 10:30-12:30pm
Lunch Club - 12:30-2pm (welcome from 11am) £4 for a 2 course meal
Prime Time social group - 2-3pm
Thursday:
Monthly afternoon minibus trip (please contact us for details)
Friday:
'Tea, Coffee, Chat' drop in for a cupa and a chat - 10-4pm

Prime Time will still run 2-3pm.

Our friendly Lunch Club is open to everyone every Wednesday. The two course lunch costs £5 and is served at 12.30 but you are welcome from 11am for a cuppa and chat. No need to book .. we look forward to seeing you at Oasis Arundel Street Portsmouth (02392 346440)

The Pantry is really blessing the local community and we urgently need donations of:
cereal, pasta, rice, spaghetti, tinned spaghetti, tinned vegetables, tinned fruit, tinned meat and cooking sauces etc.

We are based at Oasis the Venue, Arundel Street, Portsmouth, PO1 1NP. We can accept donations Monday-Friday 10-4pm. If you have any difficulty over these times, please contact us.
