This Thursday, we will dedicate our class to the longest day of the year. Through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), we will honour and express gratitude for the energy, warmth, and light that sustain all life.

As we move with the rhythm of our breath, we will take time to reflect on the abundance of nature, the strength within ourselves, and the connections that nourish us. Together, we will celebrate the Summer Solstice with mindfulness, gratitude, and joy :)

🌟 Volunteers Needed at Our Community Toy Library Sessions 🌟
Could you spare a little time to help support local families in our community?
We’re currently looking for volunteers to help at some of our Community Toy Library sessions. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do and without their support we simply couldn’t continue delivering our sessions week in, week out.
As a volunteer, you could help with:
🧸 Setting up and packing away the toy library
👋 Welcoming families into sessions
🎨 Supporting craft activities and snack time
💬 Chatting with parents and carers
❤️ Helping create a warm and friendly environment for everyone
In return, we offer full training and the opportunity to gain certificates in:
✔️ Safeguarding
✔️ Food Safety
✔️ Manual Handling
✔️ First Aid Training
Do you think you could help?
Get in touch with us or speak to a member of the current team during one of our sessions we’d love to hear from you.
