Our next meeting for people in the Portsmouth area who have had a breast cancer diagnosis is on Monday 12th January from 6.30pm to 8pm at Cosham Baptist Church. Our discussion topic is 'how do we feel about the start of a new year?', for those who wish to join in.

People often have complex feelings about the turning of the new year, experiencing a mix of hope, reflection, anxiety, and fatigue, as it brings a time to assess the past year's struggles and joys, and the future's uncertainties. Some may focus on recovery and a fresh start, others grieve lost normalcy, and many find it an intense period, with no "right" way to feel.

You are welcome to just have a cuppa and a chat too - we can keep it light if that's what's helpful!

Our next meeting for people in the Portsmouth area who have had a breast cancer diagnosis is on Monday 8th December from 6.30pm to 8pm at Cosham Baptist Church. Our discussion topic is 'festive joys and challenges', for those who wish to join in. You are welcome to just have a cuppa and a chat too.

A concert is being held at the same venue that evening by Cosham Community Choir, starting at 8pm. If you want to stay for the concert, it costs ÂŁ5 on the door and promises to be an uplifting evening.
