The kids did amazing last night! With the sun finally coming back out, we even got them outside for a run around – they absolutely loved it! ☀️

💫🥊 On Monday 16th March the Hayling Island Sports and Social Group will be holding their next Cross Over Session with Heart of Hayling Boxing Academy

📍Hayling Island Community Centre
⏰ 6pm - 7pm

If you’re looking to meet new people, make friends, and try something different, come down and join us.

We’ll be learning the basics of boxing in a fun and friendly environment – no contact, just fitness and skills!
£3 per person to cover hall cost

Everyone is welcome adults only kids have to be accompanied by an adult so bring a friend and come give it a go! 🥊

We hope you all enjoy a fun and well-deserved break, and we’ll see you back on the 7th.

If your child has never been before, don’t worry — the new year is the perfect time to join! 🥊
Just drop us a message — everyone is welcome, and our highly trained coaches focus on confidence, fitness, and fun.
