We are Portsmouth Health UNISON, part of the UK’s largest trade union. We are proud to represent many thousands of members, at Queen Alexandra Hospital, St Mary’s Treatment Centre, and many other sites across the city.
Nationally and locally we are involved in negotiating and campaigning to protect and improve your pay and conditions of service. Being part of UNISON gives you a say on the issues that matter to you, from changes to your pension to changes in your workplace. Many workplaces will also have a local steward who can give advice to and represent members in grievance and disciplinary hearings.
Our branch office at Queen Alexandra Hospital is staffed by a team of elected officers, paid organisers and office staff. Please feel free to drop in any time if you have any questions or would like to learn more about what we are doing for you and your colleagues.
