Is this a familiar feeling?
As a woman running my own business, who’s also a mum, managing multiple medical conditions (and a full-time day job!), it often feels like life is one long exercise in plate spinning, trying to keep everything balanced without letting anything crash.
I think a lot of women can relate to that. We juggle work, caring, health, family, and somehow still find the energy to build something of our own.
That’s where The Lark Network comes in.
Because we get it.
We know you need workshops that fit around school runs, events that are welcoming if you bring your child along, and spaces where you don’t have to pretend you’ve got it all together.
We know you need training that gives you practical, time-saving tips from women you can genuinely relate to – role models who understand the reality of doing business alongside everything else life throws at you.
That’s why our November events are designed with real life in mind. From our relaxed Lunch Break to our inspiring Startup Sunday and focused Writers’ Retreat, each one offers space to reconnect, reflect and get things done.
Here’s what’s coming up this month 👇
📅 Monday 3 November – Lark Writers’ Retreat at The Host Space, Southsea, with Heather Barrie from Effective Entrepreneurs and Dr Jennifer Jones - Writing Coach.
📅 Monday 3 November – Lark Lunch Break at The Host Café, with special guest Catherine Anderson from Barclays Eagle Labs
📅 Sunday 9 November – Startup Sunday at Southsea Library, with Susan Bonnar, founder of British Craft House

If you’re feeling like the plates are wobbling right now, you’re not alone.
Come join us; you’ll find women who understand, space to breathe, and maybe even a chance to put a few plates down for a while. 💛
