So, this Sunday brings the return of Beth's Boys into action in a game against our friends from Team Figgo 💛💙

On this occasion we are raising money for one of our own - a close friend whose family are currently fighting their battle with cancer. Through FFC, we got to know this guy and he is an absolute legend - taking part in so many blackouts ran by members of Beth's Boys and donating at every opportunity. So this is our chance to give back and show him and his family some love 🤗

Its a 15.30pm kick off at Westleigh Park, home of Havant and Waterlooville FC so if you're free, please come along and show some support.

If you want to donate, we will have buckets there on the day or if you can't make it, please get in touch and we can sort it.

Well, what an incredible game of football that was 👏 Played in the proper spirit, with PLENTY of goals, incredible skills and loads of laughs! 😂 Credit to the Man V Fat team - what a great bunch of lads who played some superb football 👏 At the end of the day, the score doesn't matter. What matters is everyone enjoyed the game and we raised, after pitch costs, an incredible £230 for George's Rockstars. Thanks to all who donated - thanks to Man V Fat Havant for the game and the donations - absolutely different class 🙌 Will be coming along to your games to show some support 👍💛⚽

Tonight's the night! Beth's Boys take to the pitch against Man V Fat Havant in a fundraising friendly at Havant and Waterlooville, 6.30pm kick off. Be great to see as many there supporting. It's free entry but any spare change you can give, would be greatly appreciated 💛💛💛

The charity chosen by the Tiller's for us to fundraise for currently is none other than George's Rockstars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

George’s Rockstars was set up in memory of 6 year old Gorgeous George in late 2019 by George’s family with the simple mission to make children in hospital smile as much as George did, starting with providing music therapy in children’s hospital wards.
George was fortunate enough to benefit from music therapy sessions while in isolation during his bone marrow transplant at Bristol Children’s Hospital. Music therapy was the highlight of George’s week during a very tough time and George’s parents saw how happy the children on the ward were when the music therapist came around. It gave a then 4 year old George a way to express his feelings of frustration.
For children who have life threatening illnesses or disabilities, music therapy can be an extremely effective way of helping them to communicate their thoughts, feelings and worries during difficult and stressful times.

Beth's story.....

💛Bethany Susie Tiller💛

Bethany was born on the 8th October 2001 and grew up in Denmead. Beth loved to dance and music was a huge part of her life and was well known for her great sense of humour and cheeky personality.
Although quiet and unassuming, Beth touched the lives of everyone who knew her, even those after her diagnosis in November 2016 with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Beth never let her illness define who she was, never losing her sense of humour. The strength & stubbornness she bravely fought with had everyone in awe. Her smile & positivity were always the things mentioned when talked about.
Although sadly, Beth lost her battle in April 2018, her infectious personality & courageous outlook ensure she'll never be forgotten.
