The Irish FA Foundation has officially opened applications for the Irish FA Women’s Leadership Programme, and I would be grateful if you could share this fantastic opportunity across your networks, clubs, teams and community groups.
This is a comprehensive, 18-month development initiative designed to support, upskill, and empower women to progress into leadership roles across all levels of football in Northern Ireland.
The programme is open to women involved in any facet of the game, including coaching, administration, refereeing, governance, marketing, and programme delivery. Delivered in partnership with Jo Hopkins Consulting, it combines in-person workshops, online learning, leadership profiling, peer coaching, and dedicated mentoring from Irish FA leaders.

Duration: 18-month development programme
Format: Blended learning (in-person workshops, online sessions, and mentoring)
Application Deadline: Tuesday 26th May
