🇬🇧➡️🇳🇱 Day 1 – The Adventure Begins! 🏕️⚜️

What an incredible first 24 hours!

Our European Summer Camp officially got underway as our 23 Explorers & Scouts set off from Portishead, full of excitement and ready for the adventure ahead. After months of planning, it was finally time to hit the road.

From the coach journey and ferry crossing to arriving in the Netherlands, the atmosphere has been fantastic. Once we reached Rotterdam, we enjoyed a harbour tour, giving everyone their first taste of one of Europe's busiest and most impressive ports.

The day ended with everyone working together to pitch tents, unpack kit and turn our campsite into home for the week. It was brilliant to see teamwork, enthusiasm and plenty of smiles as camp came to life.

A huge well done to all of our young people for embracing every part of the journey so far. We're incredibly proud of how they've represented Kilkenny ESU from the very start.

This is only Day 1… there are plenty more adventures to come! 🇳🇱🚍⛴️🏕️

The planters will be supplied painted in blackboard paint, and can be plain or labeled as you wish.
