From next week, I’ll be looking for people to come and join me for a run in Poole, Guernsey and Porthcawl. I’ll confirm the days/ time/ start point on Sunday - so keep a watch. If you live or know anyone that lives in one of those places and they’re keen for a run, tag them in the comments.

I am following a training plan - any top tips drop me a comment!

Linked to the previous post, I’ll aim to carry out runs prescribed on the plan at a variety of locations around the network. Even if you come and join me for part of the run it will be a huge boost for me mentally.

Today is my first rest day - and it feels really odd not having to do anything. But I’ll trust the science 👌🏼
