Today four of us from the Shed travelled to St Michael's PS in Clady to assemble a new storage facility for the school. We were delighted that the weather stayed dry. The Principal, Mr. Johnny Guy seemed well pleased with our efforts! Thanks for the tea, coffee and biccies which kept us going! Happy days!! 😁

We had a fantastic day out on Saturday when the Shedders visited Crumlin Road jail followed by a visit to Robinsons restaurant for a welcome feed.
Thanks to the generous funding of £600 from ASDA in Portadown which largely covered the costs!
Thanks to Caroline from ASDA for helping us from the grant application to successful award. 😁

Earlier today we delivered a picnic table and a couple of large planters to St John the Baptist senior school just in time for their Open Day on Saturday. Hopefully the kids will get great enjoyment from using them! 😁

Just wanted to wish all our friends and supporters a very Happy Christmas and prosperous New Year.
We look forward to serving the local community again in 2026! We will be 'open for business' once again from Wednesday 7th January onwards.

Here are a few photos of our very enjoyable Christmas party at Portadown Golf Club last night. We would particularly like to thank the local businesses who sponsored gifts for our raffle, P&G Foods, C Mallon Family Butchers, McDonald's Rushmere Craigavon and Scratch Kitchen Portadown Golf Club.

Thanks to all the men who make the Shed a great platform for helping the local community and simultaneously each other! Have a fantastic Christmas as we remember the real reason for the season! 😁

They worked very hard in cold conditions but the smiles on the faces say it all!

We had a great day at St John's PS craft fair on Saturday. Big thanks to the school for arranging the fair and of course thank you to everyone who bought something from our stall. The money raised helps us stay afloat in these challenging times! 😁

Gerry and I had an enjoyable, if a tad damp, day out at Hillsborough Castle this afternoon for a Garden Party where Princess Anne was the major attraction!

There were the usual MLA suspects and a couple of TV reporters but we met a few friends to boot. Can't go anywhere these days!
