EVERY WEDNESDAY | 6pm–7pm
📍 Taibach Community Education Centre

Whether you're completely new to exercise or already active, everyone is welcome. Our sessions are about improving fitness, building confidence, supporting wellbeing and bringing our community together. 🤝

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund / Cronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol, our sessions are fully funded — meaning there is no cost to attend. The fund supports projects that bring communities together and improve lives across Wales.
