YMCA Port Talbot At YMCA Port Talbot we're passionate about supporting young people in our community to build healthy, happy, fulfilled and purposeful futures.

We offer accommodation to homeless young men, a bouldering wall, indoor and outdoor climbing walls, martial arts dojo, music recording studio, Adventure Club for children and young people, a multi gym and fitness classes. We offer accommodation to homeless young men aged 16 - 35 and have done so for more than 40 years. We unfortunately closed our Community Facilities in March 2020 due to the Covid

-19 pandemic. We have taken the decision not to reopen them in our current site but we are opening the New Plaza building in March 2022 which will be a community and wellbeing hub for the people of Port Talbot and surrounding areas. This will include office rental, cafe, gym, exercise classes and a theatre.
