The moments that change us rarely happen behind a screen.

They happen in cold water at 7am, with women you’ve only just met. Around a table, with honest conversation and no agenda. When you stop performing and start belonging.

I’ve spent over a decade helping people and brands show up in the world. What I learned along the way is that the room matters more than the message. So I wanted a different kind of room.

Just women. Wild enough to be present. Warm enough to stay gathered.

The Sisterhood Gathering: Heat. Steam. Salt.

Ali Morton Yoga +
Wild + Gathered are joining forces for the ultimate women’s sauna experience.

In partnership with The Saltwater Sauna | Nordic Bathing Boscombe Sauna House, 20 lucky women will get to experience a private gathering place rooted in Nordic bathing culture and tradition.

A glimpse of the gathering:
You step into the sauna and let the heat undo a week’s worth of holding. You walk down to the sea (or there’s the option of the shower/plunge bucket), take that gentle, gasp-inducing first dip (optional), and feel your nervous system exhale. You return to the sauna. You repeat.

In between, you talk. Or you don’t. There’s no expectation. The conversations that happen in this kind of space tend to be the most honest you’ve had in months: quiet, considered, real.

Date — Monday 31st August.
Time — 3pm.
Price — £18.50

Water on one side, our favourite people on the other! ☀️

South Deep gave us everything we needed 🌅 The kind of golden hour that makes you forget to check your phone. We gathered, we lingered, we watched the sun go down together, and the spritzas kept pace right through to dusk.

To every woman who showed up and made this evening what it was, thank you. This is exactly what Wild + Gathered is for.

June. Somehow, we’re almost halfway through the year. 🌀

A whirlwind of change, growth, and so much gratitude. The biggest lesson? Trust your instincts. Listen to your body. There are no mistakes - only growth and realignment.

This year I was chasing titles and recognition… until I realised I didn’t need them (even if my ego said otherwise). It’s time to come full circle. Back to myself, my values, my studio, my creative space, and my passion for working with people 1:1.

Big things are coming on the business side very soon… I’m so grateful for this community and the friendships it’s built. I step into the rest of this year visible, vulnerable, brave, and fully me. 🌀

Chapter One of .thehype hosted was an incredible evening surrounded by the most amazing, inspiring women! Real connections, honest conversations, and so much lifting each other up - you all brought community and collaboration beautifully to life. Thank you. 🙏🏻
