Orders are in. The Autumn Table is set for Wednesday 🍂

There’s something special about the moment the menu is finalised and the flowers are ordered. It means we’re nearly there. A long table Rockwater Village Branksome & Sandbanks with good food, golden light and a room full of women gathering together.

I genuinely can’t wait to sit down with you all. It’s going to be a gorgeous evening.

We're down to the last couple of seats at the Autumn Table.

Wednesday 7th October, from 6pm, Rockwater Branksome. Two seasonal courses, a welcome spritz, and a long table of women who are far better company than a Wednesday usually offers.

Twenty women. One sauna. Officially sold out 🙌🏻

Thank you, thank you, thank you. The Sisterhood Gathering is officially full. Twenty of us will be gathering in Boscombe on Monday 31st August, and we cannot wait.

If you didn’t manage to grab a space this time, please don’t be disheartened. This is just the start. runs yoga and sauna experiences, and hosts monthly sauna and socials, so there’s plenty more to come.

June. Somehow, we’re almost halfway through the year. 🌀

A whirlwind of change, growth, and so much gratitude. The biggest lesson? Trust your instincts. Listen to your body. There are no mistakes - only growth and realignment.

This year I was chasing titles and recognition… until I realised I didn’t need them (even if my ego said otherwise). It’s time to come full circle. Back to myself, my values, my studio, my creative space, and my passion for working with people 1:1.

Big things are coming on the business side very soon… I’m so grateful for this community and the friendships it’s built. I step into the rest of this year visible, vulnerable, brave, and fully me. 🌀
