Cats Protection Poole Shop We are Cats Protection, the UK's leading cat welfare charity. Based in Poole, our charity shop helps raise vital funds for cats in our care.

From humble beginnings in 1927, Cats Protection has grown to become the UK's leading feline welfare charity. We help around 200,000 cats and kittens every year through our network of over 250 volunteer-run branches and 32 adoption centres. Our work doesn’t stop there, however: we also provide an array of cat care information via our publications, website and Helpline; promote the benefits of neutering to prevent unwanted litters from being born and becoming the abandoned cats of tomorrow and seek to educate people of all ages about cats and their care.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to see us at the AUB Freshers Fair 2026 on Wednesday! Arts University Bournemouth | AUB 🛍️✨

We’re absolutely thrilled to say that we raised a WHOPPING £693 for Cats Protection! 🐱💜 That’s £200 more than last year’s total — and every single penny goes directly towards helping the cats and kittens in our care. 🥹🐾

It was so lovely to be part of this annual event, surrounded by some of the coolest creatives around 🎨✨ I loved chatting to all of you and discovering your style.

We’d been saving up stock especially for the fair, bringing you pieces we knew students would actually want — from designer brands and true vintage finds to funky one-off gems, all at extremely affordable prices. 👖👗🧥

And if you missed us at the fair… don’t worry, we’ve got plenty more purrfect pieces waiting for you in the shop! 🐈‍⬛💫

We’ll be back on campus very soon with more market stalls and events, so keep your eyes peeled 👀🐱
