Free event for residents in Hamworthy & Turlin Moor!

To celebrate the £20m coming to Hamworthy West & Turlin Moor there will be a completely FREE event this Saturday the 13th from 11am-2pm hosted at H***y Tonk Collective in Hamworthy!

Residents can expect:

🎶Music from local band Snap Ambush
🍴Free Food and Drinks

With a large amount of funding soon to be available for the local area you can have your say in how it's spent! 🙌

It would be great to see this money spent in the right places for our young people. Projects such as the skate park can finally be funded, alongside further projects that you or your children may want to see. 😊

📣 £20 million is coming to Hamworthy West and Turlin Moor – have your say!

If you are a local resident, you can now apply to get involved and decide how the funding is spent locally. Whether you want to lead and chair meetings, sit on a neighbourhood board or simply put forward your ideas and suggestions as to how the money could be spent, this is your opportunity to have a say on the future of your community.

No matter your level of experience, everyone is encouraged to apply. Support and training will be provided throughout the whole process. Unlike traditional funding programmes, Pride in Place puts communities in the driving seat. You will help decide how best to improve your local area.

🎉 WATER ACTIVITIES! 🎉

Due to the hot weather this week we may have water balloon battles taking place tonight or tomorrow. This will be on the back field.

If your child wishes to take part please make sure they are in clothing suitable for this.

We are open as normal at the usual times foe both nights this week. 😊

Youth Cries are down next week so come fill out a form tonight if you want to be involved and make your own clothing or merch. This is for the Wednesday group only. There will another session for the Tuesday group very soon.
