Well the GirlSafe event was a huge success. 35 young members joined us today with various members of Dorset Police including a representative from Cyber Safety, Chief Constable Catherine Roper from Wiltshire Police, GG commissioners from Region, County and Division members from STARS Dorset and a representative of BCP Council with their Just Don’t campaign. We were given lots of information (and badges!) we learnt lots and had the most amazing time doing it.
A huge thank you to all our visitors, the Girlguiding members who helped run the event by organising workshops and supporting with the event, to all the leaders for inviting their young members to the event and to the amazing Izzy and her mentor Judith for putting on an incredible experience for girls.
