Where would you turn for mental health support?
Dorset has a wide range of free mental health services but people don’t always know they’re there or who they’re for.

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey to help identify:
• What people know about local mental health services
• What might stop people getting support
• What would make it easier to find the right help
Working with partners across Dorset, your feedback will help improve information available in local communities, so that more people can find the mental health support they need.
The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete and your answers will be anonymous.
