Thank You for the Music: Autumn Concert! 🎶

Come along to St Aldhelm’s Church in Poole and enjoy a lovely afternoon of music with us!

The Lewis-Manning Rising Voices Choir brings people affected by cancer and life-limiting illnesses together through singing, friendship and connection. 💛

Free entry to the concert, just turn up! There will also be a retiring collection to support Lewis-Manning Hospice Care and help us continue providing outstanding care to local people and their families.

Sadly, nearly 1 in 3 people don’t get the care they need at the end of their lives.

September in photos! 💛🌻

September has been another busy month at Lewis-Manning Hospice Care, filled with brilliant achievements, celebrations, community support and plenty happening behind the scenes.

Here are just a few of the moments that made us happy this September 👇

Slide 2: We headed to Bournemouth University to meet students and chat about the many volunteering opportunities available at Lewis-Manning. 🎓

Slide 3: We celebrated patients who completed our 12-week Health and Wellbeing Programme at a special celebration party. 🎉

Slide 4: Our wonderful volunteer Eric completed all 10 of his ultra endurance events, raising an amazing £1,750 plus £343.75 in Gift Aid for Lewis-Manning. 🏃

Slide 5: We kicked off plans for next year’s Muddy Dog Dash event and were joined by a very special furry friend! 🐶

Slide 6: Lucie, Shena and Shanice from With Intelligence / S&P Global rolled up their sleeves and spent a day helping to spruce up our hospice gardens as part of Global Volunteer Week. 🌱

Slide 7: We launched the return of our Candles in the Community events 2026, bringing our communities together to remember and reflect this November.🕯️

Slide 8: Our wonderful Lewis-Manning Rising Voices choir have been busy rehearsing for their upcoming Thank You for the Music and Candles in the Community concerts.🎶

Slide 9: A huge thank you to the staff and students at SWRAC for raising an incredible £842 for Lewis-Manning at their Thrive Festival. 💛

Slide 10: Our Finance and Marketing teams celebrated the sign-off of our 2025/26 financial statements! 📊
