Marley's Dog Rescue was founded by 4 people with a huge passion to help those dogs most in need. Marley had an prospective home with Bill & Mark and their 4 legged family. We did the home check but unfortunately after a couple of meetings The resident Akita and Marley did not get on, so he went back up for adoption. Paul and myself stepped in and offered the gorgeous Marley a home. We kept in touc
h with Bill and after many conversations Marley's Dog Rescue was born. Between the four of us we have a vast amount of knowledge and we all have one common goal to help those four legged friends most in need get their happy ever after. We are not in this for the money or the glory we just want to help. We have kennels and foster homes with plenty of knowledge. Any dogs that come to us will get a full health check, be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and deflead and teeth will be checked and cleaned. All our dogs are fully insured for the moment of collection right up until they go to there forever home and will have full rescue back up for life. We aim to extensively assess each dog and find the right home first time. Each dog will come with a welcome pack with as much info as we can supply on health, temperament, likes and dislikes. All our transporters and foster families are fully covered on our insurance so if one of our dogs does cause any damage to property or people they are covered and transporters will be covered as long as they stick to our strict transporting rules. We are always looking for volunteers, whether it be walking our dogs, fostering, donating, fund raising, transporting or even just sharing our posts.
