Unfortunately we have had to close the community fridge at Branksome Library until further notice.

All donations will be diverted to Rossmore Library and everyone is welcome from 11am. Please find full opening hours pinned to the top of this page.

Reminder that we are holding our main sessions from Branksome Library, Ashley Road today (8/4/26) & Friday (10/4/26).

This is due to roadworks on Herbert Avenue.

Rossmore Library is still open if you can get there on foot but it is unmanned until Monday (13/4/26).

Due to Branksome Library being smaller than Rossmore we will require everyone to queue for the fridge OUTSIDE and you will be called in when it is your turn.

Please help us to help you by cooperating with whatever out volunteers may ask of you…. And don’t forget your bags for groceries as well as you bag or box for bakery items 😊

Opening days over Easter for both Branksome & Rossmore Library.

Not forgetting that April 8-10 we will be running sessions from Branksome Library x

Next week (8-10 April), Herbert Avenue will be closed to traffic.

Due to this, our daily sessions on Wednesday & Friday will be held at Branksome Library 11am -12pm.

Please queue outside of the library and wait to be called in as there is not so much space.

There will be a small amount of food at Rossmore for people who visit by foot and the library will be open as usual.

At Rossmore Library today we have loads of free food looking for homes.

Potatoes 🥔
Carrots 🥕
Sprouts 🥬
Cabbages 🥬
Tomatoes 🍅
Radishes 🫜
Bananas 🍌
Flowers 💐
Bakery items 🍞🥨🧁🍩

No limits on anything today but you’ll need to bring bags.

Open until 5pm today.
