💙 We're back this weekend for our first meet-up of 2024 at Upton House parkrun. Just look for our flag near the start line where our ambassadors will be in blue tops to welcome you 💙

What is 5K Your Way?

5K Your Way is a cancer support group with a difference. It's a community-based initiative to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, their families and friends, and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a local 5K Your Way parkrun event on the last Saturday of every month. You don't have to complete the whole 5K – feel free to come along and do whatever you can. We're there to support you.

How do I get involved?

1. Register with parkrun (1st time only): https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/

2. Register with 5K Your Way (1st time only): 5kyourway.org/register

3. Let us know you're coming!

Looking forward to 5kyourway this Saturday Poole parkrun. Join us at 8.45am for a 9am start to enjoy a walk or run.

5K Your Way Day is our favourite day of the month and it's happening this Saturday at over 90 designated parkruns across the UK and Ireland. Shout-out to Ormeau 5KYW who had an amazing 68 people along in January. If you or someone you know is impacted by cancer why not go find your nearest group?💙
