🌟Wonderful job for the right person🌟

We have a unique position that has become available to be part of our small team of carers looking after a young man in his own home in the Poole area.

We are looking for staff who are prepared to spend time getting to know this extremely sociable young man with autism and complex needs.

No medical intervention required. Full training will be given plus a number of shadow shifts prior to starting your regular shifts.

You would be always working with another experienced member of staff so you would constantly have a person you can rely on for advice and support.

Must be happy to interact and join in with play and activities together with trips out.

Over 25 and a clean driving licence desirable but not essential.

This is a unique opportunity and so we offer exceptional rates of pay with all the usual benefits and more. A starting hourly rate in excess of £11 depending on experience which would increase after a short satisfactory probationary period.

We are a small family run company who treat our staff properly and not an employer who would allow you to feel unsupported or unlistened to. In return, we require someone who can work well in a team and bring their unique personality and charisma to the job.
