Unfortunately there is still no news as yet as to when we will be reopening. However if you are in desperate need of anything please dm us and we will try our best to help alternatively pop in to The Hub on the Heath on Wednesdays 11-12 for a chat and catch up with Becky, Bev and Zoë . We miss you all ❤️

With just 1 session left befoe our temporary closure after the session tomorrow, we would like to say a big thankyou to Becky, Zoë, Bev, Will, Paula, Andrew, Jane and Penny. Without all of you giving up your time to go and collect the food we wouldnt be able to successfully run the fridge.

Only 2 more sessions before we temporarily close our doors for refurbishment.

If you are struggling when we are closed ,you can pop in to one of the following community fridges

Branksome & Rossmore Community Fridges
West Howe Community Enterprises and Townsend Community Fridge

Also if you are on benefits you can also access Poole Waste Not Want Not on Poole high street or contact Citizens Advice who may be able to offer you a food bank voucher.

Finally if you are over 65 you can attend Welcome Wednesdays at The Hub on the Heath or if you just want to chat , Becky and Bev will be at the Hub on Wednesdays at 11.

As soon as we know when we will be reopening we will let you know

We’ve only got 3 more sessions to go before we close our doors temporarily for a little refurb! 🛠️✨ A huge thank you to everyone who has brought us such thoughtful cards – they’ve truly made us smile and mean so much to the whole team. 💛 We’ll miss you while we’re closed, but we’re so excited to welcome you back once everything is freshened up.

This card brought us happy tears this morning 🥰 We truly have the best team of volunteers and fridge users. Although we’ll be closing temporarily next Friday for refurbishment, we’re already looking forward to welcoming you all back very soon 💙

🚨 Community Fridge Update 🚨

The Canford Heath Community Fridge will close after the morning session on 12th September for essential refurbishment and improvements. We’ll reopen once works and new processes are in place.

Volunteer Collection Drivers Needed! 🚗💨

We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help make a difference in our community. If you have a reliable vehicle and a willingness to lend a hand, we need you as a collection driver for Canford Heath Community Fridge

What’s Involved:

Pick up donations from various locations

Deliver to Canford Heath Community Fridge based at the rear of Canford Heath Community Centre
