Summer and September can be super busy - now is the time to let out a breath, relax and lean into autumn. Give your mind and body the reset they need by joining my drop-in hatha yoga classes. The classes have been established for over 3 years and I'm fully qualified, insured and first aid trained. Nothing feels quite like the post yoga feeling - come and find out for yourself!
