Wellness Walk this Saturday 4th July in Cwmbran!

Meet us at 7:50am for an 8am start in the car park at edlogan way, croesyceiliog, cwmbran NP44 2JJ (use this postcode to find it) This is a flat walk approx 5k loop around the boating lake.

Look out for people wearing tidy butt hoodies 😎

This is not a race and we always take our time, it’s a relaxed and chilled walk- we start together and finish together 🙏🏻

Please bring-

Appropriate clothing
Suitable footwear (shoes optional!😉)
Good quality coat or jacket
Potentially sunglasses?! 🙏🏻😎
A smile 😊
Plenty of water
