It was so lovely to see some new faces today, alongside familiar ones. Just people sitting together, chatting, laughing and connecting — exactly what Rise & Connect is meant to be.

💜 £95 RAISED ALREADY — NEARLY ¼ OF THE WAY THERE! Thank you to anyone who donates 💜

We are raising £400 towards purchasing our 3.6m geodesic Therapy & Wellbeing Pod. 🌿🦙

The Glascoed HWB & Wellbeing Centre has kindly agreed for the pod to be placed on site, close to the alpacas and animals, creating a dedicated space that both Phoenix and the Hwb can use to support our community.

One of the things we love most about this pod is its design. 💜

🌿 We can see the beautiful countryside and animals all around us, while still having a completely private space for the people inside.

It means someone can sit somewhere calm, surrounded by nature and able to see outside, without feeling shut away in a clinical room — while conversations and consultations remain private and confidential.

The space can be used for:

💜 One-to-one consultations and support
💜 Private family conversations and advocacy
💜 Children, young people and parents
💜 Neurodivergent people and those with ALN
💜 Anxiety, trauma and emotional wellbeing support
💜 Child-to-parent abuse and wider family challenges
💜 Veterans and their families
💜 A quiet place to talk, regulate, decompress or simply be heard

🦙 Nature and animals outside.
🌿 A view all around.
💜 Privacy and safety inside.

💜 PLEASE DONATE IF YOU’RE ABLE — EVERY £1 REALLY DOES HELP

Phoenix Network CIC is fundraising to purchase a dedicated therapy and wellbeing pod, and we’re incredibly grateful that The Glascoed Hwb & Wellbeing Centre CIC has agreed for the pod to be placed on site, close to the alpacas. 🦙🌿

Our aim is to create a private, quiet and calming space where children, young people, parents and families can access support away from a traditional clinical setting, while still benefiting from the beautiful surroundings and calming presence of the animals.

The igloo-style pod will give us the privacy needed for one-to-one conversations, family support, advocacy and wellbeing sessions, while looking out across the countryside and being close to the alpacas.

Phoenix supports families experiencing challenges including neurodivergence, ALN, anxiety, trauma, school attendance difficulties, child-to-parent abuse and wider family pressures. We want this pod to become another safe space where people can feel comfortable, supported and understood.

You don’t need a professional referral to come through our doors. Self-referrals are welcome.
