RCT District Scouts Santa's grotto is back for its 4th Year and we are extending the invitation to the public to come and experience some festive fun, enjoy some festive craft and warm yourself with a mince pie and a hot drink. Children will get a chance to see Mr and Mrs Claus.

Scouting is fun for all, not just the children.

If you are interested in volunteering in any way please get in touch. We are not just looking for Scout Leaders, we need people to help tidy up at the end of a session, make some squash or just help out with some activities during a session. There is a role for everyone in Scouting.

I am please to announce that Squirrels is coming to RCT. Squirrels is a Scout Group for 4 - 6 year old.

Squirrels can achieve anything they set their minds to – and they have lots of fun along the way.

1st Gilfach Goch/2nd Tonyrefail are launching their first Squirrel Dray on the 3rd February 2023. Their Group is based at Capel Farm, Tonyrefail, Porth, Wales, CF398AD.

Merry Christmas one and all.

Our Leaders have worked so hard this year, it's been great seeing all the photos of the activities arranged for our YP and I have had the pleasure of being invited to so many.

We have continued to grow our District and judging by the number of activities and other great ideas being put forward for 2023 it's going to be another busy year.
The number of YP joining is continuing to grow and I am so excited to launch Squirrels (age 4-6) in RCT next year.

I hope you all have a great Christmas and New Year and get a chance to recharge your batteries.
