Last week at YPC! 🫆

We had a fun-filled week with a visit from the Humberside Police where we got to work together on a cyber escape room and chill out in the Cyber Blue Line van! We also had a fun Wellbeing Workshop about our online world, as well as a very successful cooking club where we made bangers and mash!

YPC would like to say a HUGE thank you to the Retail Energy Code Company (“RECCo”), who’s technology team recently used one of their volunteer days to build YPC a fantastic new sign-in system and membership database.

The team attended YPC for the day and designed, built, tested and implemented a bespoke system which provides:

• Simple and seamless user experience for young people and staff
• Full ownership for YPC
• Safeguarding and data protection compliant system
• Minimal ongoing costs or overheads for the charity

A seamless sign-in system is not only essential to ensure a safe and secure environment for our young people, but also to provide insights to support future planning and information for funders.

We love the new system and are truly grateful for the support. Thank you, RECCo!

We still offer free mental health sessions for young people aged 11-18 with our lovely Contextual Therapeutic Practitioner, Becci, on Thursdays and Fridays between 6-8pm!

The sessions are open to any young person, whether they usually attend YPC or not, and can be booked on our website: ypcount.org.uk 💛 Available slots will be listed every week 😊
