It was brilliant to meet with some of the team behind the Community Hub at Swarthmore Hall project.

They're bringing Swarthmore Hall back to life, creating a vibrant community hub right in the heart of Mutley.

A variety of organisations will be moving into the building as their permanent home, and it will also include rentable community spaces, a cafe, co-working spaces and much more.

It's a building I have walked past my whole life, but never been in - so it was brilliant to be able to have a look round.

It's a wonderful building and will be such a fantastic community asset once it's up and running!

TA‑DA! 🎉 Work is powering ahead at Swarthmore Hall. The stage in the main hall is now opened up - several doorways as well, and you can really see the spaces starting to take shape. It’s all coming together beautifully! (Sarah - Lead Pastor at Plymouth Vineyard Church - included for scale. 😉)

Hello everyone!
We’ve been a bit quiet lately, but it’s time for an exciting update… drumroll please 🥁
The builders are officially on site! Walls are coming down (and going back up!), the internet is being installed, and things are really starting to take shape.
