1st Sherford Rainbows

13/09/2026

This time last week Sherford Rainbows had just finished attending their first ever County Camp - Camp EPIC at River Dart Country Park - and EPIC it was!!

The rainbows were EMPOWERED, they PARTICIPATED in everything they could, IMAGINED their way through various activities and definitely CHALLENGED themselves 😊

Rainbows cheered and encouraged each other - they tried new challenges such as the Low Ropes and Bouldering and helped each other to succeed and prove to themselves that they can do anything

We did so many activities, including meeting EPIC Erica & Liberty Bear and made sure that all the other Girlguiding sections heard us walking, singing as we walk “we’re the rainbows, the mighty mighty rainbows”

That’s swap bags for the rainbows organised for them to use at Girlguiding Devon County Camp plus our unit box of swaps is nicely refreshed with badges from lots of other regions/divisions/districts/units… I wonder what it will look like when we return?…
