No matter which of our groups you attend, friendly facilitators will always be there to welcome you at the door, explain how the sessions run, and make sure you know where to find the brews and biscuits. ❤️

Our groups are running this Monday 7-9pm for any man 18+. 👌

There's no booking, no fees and no registration needed. Just turn up.

We were so touched to receive this beautiful thank you card (and cake!) from Aquamarine Medicals

It was a real pleasure to support them during their time of need with short-term, flexible space and an easy move-in and move-out process. We’re proud to be able to offer that kind of support when it matters most.

While we’re sad to see them go, we’re so pleased we could be part of their journey and we’re always here if they need anything in the future.
