In honour of National Biscuit Day, we asked our people to vote for their favourite biscuit. The winner? The chocolate bourbon. 🏆

Quality Improvement Lead Vacancy

We’re looking for a Quality Improvement Lead to work across Devon and Cornwall alongside frontline teams, strengthening practice and supporting outstanding, person-centred care for people with learning disabilities and Autism.

In this role, you will help turn good practice into great practice, working directly with teams to understand what’s happening on the ground and supporting practical, meaningful improvements.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• A values-led practitioner who puts people first
• Skilled in working alongside teams to reflect, learn and improve everyday practice
• Analytical and solution-focused
• Passionate about continuous improvement and person-centred care

You’ll be based in Plymouth, working across services as required. You’ll spend time in services observing practice, coaching teams, and supporting improvements that make a real difference to people’s lives.

📍 Plymouth / Devon & Cornwall / 💷 £30,000–£35,000 per annum / 🕒 40 hours per week / 📅 Closing date: 15 June 2026

Mat makes films about real hauntings, paranormal encounters and unexplained mysteries. đź‘»

His YouTube channel, Fear Files Real Nightmare, is in his words, "your gateway to the darkest corners of reality." He also builds models, gets out and about on his adapted vehicle, and meets his dad on Sundays.

Mat lives in one of our Plymouth Hubs. As Hub Leader Gemma puts it: "If there's something Matthew wants to do, he'll find a way to make it happen - including adapting his clothes to work with his vehicle."
