Dear Give Back Project Family,
There has been a change in date and venue of the Cotton Queen screening due to inevitable circumstances.
The new date and venue are as follows:

Date: Sunday, 18 October at 6 pm
Venue: Plymouth Arts Cinema
0 Tavistock Pl, Plymouth
PL4 8AT

The free ticket is still valid for those who already booked theirs.
For those who didn't get tickets yet, you can click on the link below or scan the QR code on the poster.

Thanks again and always for another amazing evening!

Today we screened 5 shorts, from both our film library and the livestreamed films kindly provided by Refugee Week UK.
The films were diverse yet they all addressed concerns that all refugees, migrants and sanctuary seekers live constantly.
A great and rich discussion followed which highlighted these concerns..

We wrap up our Refugee Week and Give Back's 15 years celebrations with a privileged participation in the Theatre Royal Plymouth's Stories Without Borders event, this Sunday afternoon onwards.

Marking 15 years of art with a voice, we collaborated with Plymouth Arts Cinema in screening The Voice of Hind Rajab.. a true story of an every day life for many, and a horrible nightmare for others..
It was almost a full house of excited, diverse and intersted audience.. towards the end, the air was emotionally heavy and dominated by silence and alertness..
Today was yet another affirmation of how art reminds us of our humanity..
