To ensure 'everyone' gets a good Sunday meal, this ensures the vul

nerable and those who have fallen on hard times get what most of us take for granted. Whether you have fallen on hard times, through financial woes, loss of employment, family breakup, mental health, addiction or any other reason, we are here to help. About:

We are a non profit making volunteer organisation, dedicated to providing a safe environment for a good Sunday meal, to those who need it. Being a grass roots organisation with volunteers from all walks of life, we adopt a hands on approach to helping those in need. Another rewarding day today! ❤️

On the menu today was potatoes, gammon, vegetables, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and, of course, some dessert — a hearty meal that went down an absolute treat! 🍽️

It was fantastic to see so many people come along, enjoy a warm meal and spend some time together. Despite the weather not being on our side, with a big rain shower coming through, everyone braved it and we were pleased to provide a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Most importantly, everyone who turned up was fed — and that’s what it’s all about. ❤️

Not everyone deserves your kindness, access, or loyalty. 🐍

You can feed them.
You can love them.
You can respect them.
You can forgive them.

But if they keep choosing to hurt you, stop confusing compassion with self-destruction.

Sometimes the wisest move isn’t revenge.
It’s distance. Silence. Boundaries.

Be kind—but never be naïve.
Forgive—but remember the lesson.
Love—but never lose yourself trying to prove it.

The moment you stop giving the wrong people access to you, your life changes.

We had another rewarding day today!

The weather was sunny so it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. We’re pleased to say that everyone who turned up was fed.
