Beyond Limits, pushing the boundaries of conventional support. Social justice not just social care All Behaviour is communication.

We are a relatively new organisation based in Devon providing personalised support. Our mission is to change the face of services for vulnerable people and those at risk of exclusion. We relish working with people who have been labelled as 'challenging' and have much experience in this field having been set up on the back of Partners for Inclusion a Scottish organisation that has been working in an individualised, person centred way for the last 15 years. By individualising the service we provide we are immediately treating people with respect and putting the power of how they wish to live their lives in their own hands. This in itself goes part way reducing any so called 'challenging behaviour, which is a method by which people tell us they are not happy. Each person we support has their own staff team, employed by them and for them, they have a place to live that they call home and where they chose who, if anyone, they share this home with. Each person has an individual ring fenced pot of money which is used as an Individual Service Fund (ISF) to meet their needs and wishes. This might include to pay for staff support, to get short breaks, to join a club where they can develop skills and meet people or for anything else that might help them achieve a great life (good outcomes).

🌟 Reflecting, planning and looking ahead 🌟

Our Service Leaders recently headed to Paignton with Rebecca, our Managing Director, for an overnight planning retreat.

Across two days, the team took some time away from the day-to-day to reflect on the past year, share ideas and plan for the year ahead.

It was a great opportunity to look at what we’ve achieved, what we’ve learned and how we can continue to develop our support and the experiences of the people we support.

And, of course, after all that planning, there was time for a well-deserved night off too! 🥂✨

A valuable couple of days spent reflecting on the past and looking forward to what’s next for Beyond Limits. 💙

🎮 Gaming Day 2026 🏆

After the smashing success of last year’s Gaming Day, it was so much fun to bring it back for another afternoon of fun, laughter and friendly competition! 🎉

The people we support and our staff came together for an afternoon packed with games and good times. From Mario Kart 🏎️, dancing games 💃 and board games 🎲 to racing Scalextric cars 🏁, there was something for everyone to get involved in.

There were some very happy victories, a few heartfelt losses 😅, plenty of competitive moments and, most importantly, lots of smiles and laughter. It was fantastic to see everyone getting together, having fun and enjoying each other’s company.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make Gaming Day such a fun and memorable afternoon! ❤️

We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🎮✨

🎂 Happy Birthday, Janice! 🌞💛

A little belated, but we couldn’t let the month go by without wishing Janice a very happy birthday!

Janice celebrated by heading off to sunny Paignton for a lovely hotel stay, followed by a delicious meal out with her team. 🥰🍽️

It sounds like a brilliant way to celebrate, with some time away, good food and great company. We hope you had an amazing birthday, Janice, and enjoyed every minute! 🎉💕

This is a huge achievement and one that reflects the care, commitment and dedication our teams puts into supporting people to live the lives they choose every day.

We couldn’t be prouder of everyone across Beyond Limits who works so hard to provide outstanding, person-centred support and make a real difference in people’s lives. ❤️

There is so much to celebrate in this result, and we’re looking forward to sharing more about the inspection and the full report with you soon.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity and a real sense of adventure. Someone who sees an opportunity and says, “Let’s give it a go!” rather than “We can’t do that.”

You’ll support Sarah to live life on her terms, from theatre trips and days out to everyday routines at home. You’ll build a genuine relationship with her, encourage her independence and be there for the moments that make life meaningful.

💷 £13.50 per hour during probation, rising to £14.06 after probation

🎣 A Fantastic Day on the Water 🌊

Andrew recently enjoyed a brilliant day out at sea with the team, making memories, learning new skills and, of course, catching plenty of fish!

Andrew was the first to reel one in, setting the tone for a fantastic trip. There were lots of laughs throughout the day too, especially as Ross gave it his all but somehow managed to catch fish no bigger than his hand! 😂🎣

A huge thank you to Andy, skipper of the Patricia Rose, for making everyone feel so welcome and helping everyone learn the ropes. It was a fantastic day from start to finish, and Andrew is already looking forward to heading out again.

💜 A Special Surprise for Heather 💜

Heather has been doing an amazing job recently, and we wanted to celebrate everything she's achieved.

From her fantastic work placement at Hideaway Café to creating personalised signs for our office and even making James a wonderful birthday picture, Heather has shown so much creativity, kindness and dedication. Her enthusiasm and willingness to give everything a go never goes unnoticed.

To recognise all of her hard work, James, Tom and Brandon came together to surprise Heather with a personalised apron embroidered with her name, a perfect gift inspired by her time at Hideaway Café. She absolutely loved it!

We're incredibly proud of Heather and everything she continues to achieve. Well done, Heather. Keep being amazing! 💜👏
