We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended the Freedom Community Festival and helped make it the amazing event it is today!

We hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Thank you also to everyone who made a donation – every penny is greatly appreciated and goes straight back into supporting and improving the festival for the following year.

A massive thank you to all of our food vendors, bouncy castle providers, business traders, and craft traders who continue to support us year after year. Your commitment helps make the festival such a special community event.

Special thanks to Jayne, our amazing face painter, who volunteers every year and helps us raise valuable funds for the festival.

To all of our incredible volunteers – you were absolutely amazing. Thank you for looking after everyone, making sure people were safe, hydrated, fed, sun-creamed, and helping with the donation buckets throughout the weekend. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

A huge thank you to Age at the Hope Stage, and to Jo and Alex, who work tirelessly each year coordinating the bands and music boards. We are incredibly grateful for your continued support.

Thank you to all of our talented bands and performers – the music was fantastic and created an incredible atmosphere throughout the weekend.

We would also like to thank our security and medical teams at ITUS Security for keeping everyone safe and ensuring the event ran smoothly.

We would also like to give a huge thank you to all of our local sponsors whose support helps keep the Freedom Community Festival going year after year. Your generosity and belief in our community event make a real difference and help us continue bringing this festival to everyone.

A special thank you to the fantastic community organisations that provided activities and entertainment for our younger visitors, including Plymouth Play Scrapstore and Whizz Kidz. Thank you for delivering fun activities, creative sessions and storytelling time for the children throughout the weekend. It was wonderful to see so many young faces enjoying themselves and making special memories.

Finally, from all of the organisers, thank you for being part of another wonderful Freedom Community Festival.

We're now taking a well-earned rest and recovery... but before long, we'll be planning for next year!

👓 LOST PRESCRIPTION GLASSES 👓

Has anyone accidentally picked up a pair of prescription glasses from the Simply Turkish stall on Sunday?

I took them off for a few minutes because it was hot and placed them on my table, but when I went to put them back on, they had disappeared. I've checked all of my bags and thoroughly searched my pitch area, but they are nowhere to be found.

If you have picked them up by mistake, please could you get in touch? I really need them back as I'm struggling without them.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all of our new and returning traders for following the setup information that was sent out beforehand. Your cooperation helped everything run smoothly, and I hope you all had an amazing weekend and enjoyed yourselves!

From me personally, Jane, thank you for your patience on arrival. I had planned to take lots of photos and share them on Saturday evening, but unfortunately I ended up spending the night in A&E with my daughter.

A very special thank you to Costas, Jade, from The Gourmet Greek and a lovely local lady called Charlotte, who rushed to help her when she needed it most. Your kindness and quick actions meant so much to us.

I would also like to thank all of the other organisers and volunteers who stepped in to help and support me throughout the situation. I am incredibly grateful.

Well there we are… Been a very long weekend but so worth it! I’m not going to list all the people who make the Freedom fields community festival work, as they know who they are, but I want to say a special thank you to all the ‘youth volunteers’ who without, we would struggle…. Thank you everyone who came up and sorry if I couldn’t spend much time with you as running round multitasking most of the weekend.

The beer has just been opened, and I’m officially shut till at least Wednesday to recover!!!!
